Through running our own accountancy offshoring organisation, Samera, from offices in the UK and India, we feel we can support and share our expertise to help other players in the sector to take the right steps and succeed in their ambitions.

Arun Mehra FCA
With almost twenty five years of commercial experience and knowledge in business, Arun’s expertise is valued by hundreds of businesses across the globe. His financial acumen and know-how, along with his hands-on commercial expertise have helped clients, large and small, new and established to achieve great things.
Arun qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant with PwC London. He then became an Investment Banker in the City of London, with his last role before starting Samera as a Vice President in the Equities division of Bank of America.
Arun possesses a first class degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Arun will be leading this summit alongside other key Samera team members.

Hardik Chhabada, a Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of expertise in audit, VCFO services, and consulting, has led offshoring operations at BDO and started his career at a mid-sized CA firm. As Co-Founder of TalentAdd.AI, he trains and assists in placing over 3,000 finance professionals annually.
Hardik specialises in SHRM, productivity optimisation, and fostering innovation in global accounting outsourcing. He has built high-performing audit and accounting outsourcing teams across regions.

Vipul Kataria, a seasoned professional and ACCA member, has amassed over 15 years of industry experience. In 2015, he founded Virtual Clone, a company that provides specialized accounting outsourcing services to clients in the UK and Australia. Today, the company employs more than 200 skilled professionals and operates from two strategically located offices in central India, continuing to expand its reach and influence in the global market.
In addition to his expertise in accounting and finance, Vipul is recognized for his leadership in fostering a collaborative, innovative work culture. His entrepreneurial spirit and customer-centric approach have been instrumental in driving the company’s success, making Virtual Clone a trusted partner for international businesses.

The event will be held at a 5 star Leela Ambience Guragram hotel. This is just 15 minutes from Delhi Airport. All food and refreshments will be provided but the price does not cover accommodation charges, these will need to be arranged separately by yourself.
How much?
Ticket Price
Ticket price is Rs 20,000 per person for the 2 day event. This includes refreshments and food but not hotel accommodation. Alternatively, you can purchase single day tickets for Rs 12,000 per person per day. A discount also applies when buying multiple tickets.
