At Samara Global, we value our clients, partners, and candidates. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be provided for our consulting, training, recruitment, and technology services.

1. General Policy

  • All engagements with Samara Global are confirmed once payment (or a signed agreement) has been received.
  • Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve time, expertise, and resource allocation—refunds are generally not offered except as outlined below.

2. Consulting Services

  • Cancellations: Clients must notify us in writing at least 7 business days before the scheduled start of consulting services to request a cancellation.
  • Refunds: If cancellation is made within the notice period, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule consulting sessions with at least 3 business days notice, subject to availability.

3. Training & Development Programs

  • Cancellations by Clients:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees).
    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Participants may request to transfer to a future session, subject to availability, at no additional charge if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations by Samara Global: If we cancel or reschedule a program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

4. Recruitment Services

  • Recruitment fees are non-refundable once candidate search and screening activities have begun.
  • If a candidate placed through Samara Global does not remain employed for the minimum guarantee period specified in the client agreement, we will provide a replacement candidate in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Refunds are not provided for recruitment services unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.

5. Technology & Digital Services

  • Payments for technology solutions, software integrations, or digital products are non-refundable once work has commenced or access has been provided.
  • In cases of technical issues caused by our error, we will work promptly to resolve them or provide a suitable replacement/fix.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Any transaction or bank fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled consulting session, training program, or meeting without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
