1. Event Registrations
- Cancellations by Participant:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees).
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
- No-shows:
- If you do not attend an event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Services and Programs
- For consulting, training, or other service-based bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start to be eligible for a refund.
- If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the service begins, refunds may not be possible.
3. Cancellations by Samera Global
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event or service:
- You will be offered a full refund, or
- The option to transfer your registration/booking to another date or service.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Please note that transaction or bank charges are non-refundable.
